Is 10-20 milliseconds long MD simulation doable? How long is the longest recorded simulation in today’s date?

When communicating about the MD simulation’s time, it is also necessary to communicate the size of the system, the parameters of the simulation and other things. As I know, most simulations are on the microsecond scale. In research work, it is more efficient to focus on how to get valuable information rather than on the time.
