GROMACS version: 2021.4
GROMACS modification: Yes/No
Here post your question : The first MDrun was for 30ns (md\_0\_1.tpr). As I wanted the run for 50ns, so i extended the run by 20ns more (md\_1\_2.tpr). For RMSD analysis, I want the plot to be for total of 50ns, but I am getting it either for 0-30ns or 30-50ns. How to get the RMSD plot for the entire 50ns on the same plot? Can anyone please help with this.

Concatenate the two trajectory files with `trjcat`.
