Is there any way to dump trajectories from mdrun with wrapped boundaries? The trjconv does work but my trajectories are in TB size, so I don’t want to post process the trajectories after the simulation. The simulations are very fast to run, so I will prefer to get the trajectories wrapped on the boundaries.

What do you mean with “wrapped on the boundary”?

But the answer is likely no, mdrun has no options for setting PBC images for ouput.
