# Error 1 \*No Such Molecule NA\*

Hello Team,

GROMACS version: 2022

Upon executing the below command, I am facing the following error

```auto

gmx grompp -f minim.mdp -c test_solv_ions.gro -p topol.top -o em.tpr

```

```auto
ERROR 1 [file topol.top, line 115603]:
  No such moleculetype NA

There was 1 note

-------------------------------------------------------
Program: gmx grompp, version 2022.2

Fatal error:
There was 1 error in input file(s)

```

How to fix this error?
