# Error in gmx msd

GROMACS version: 2022.3  
GROMACS modification: No  
While using gmx msd, I got this rather weird error message

Program: gmx msd, version 2022.3

Standard library logic error (bug):  
(exception type: St12length\_error)  
vector::\_M\_default\_append

Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
