# Extract data from cluster.log file

Hello Gromacs users,

In the cluster. log file after gmx cluster command, I can see structures at what time points belong to which cluster (shown below); currently, it is categorized according to cluster; from this is there a way to extract this information in increasing order of the trajectory time points (in an x-y format where x is trajectory time and y is cluster number?

Please have a look at the option -clid ([gmx cluster — GROMACS 2021.2 documentation](https://manual.gromacs.org/current/onlinehelp/gmx-cluster.html))
