Hi, As the error message reports: if you are sure all warnings are harmless, use the `-maxwarn` option. Since you have 5 warnings: `gmx grompp ... -maxwarn 5` ---

I got the same error and did what you guys told but then this error is coming. please help: 134 non-matching atom names atom names from topol.top will be used atom names from solv.gro will be ignored
