Hi everyone,

I am getting confused regarding the screen output of gmx bar. I have two question.

What type of error estimation is that in the 4th column of the table reported in KbT? I see the std. dev. reported in the second-last column, but this other error I don’t know exactly how it is estimated.

What about the error on the total DeltaG, the one I get in kJ/mol at the very bottom of the screen output? Is that a confidence interval, a standard error, or what else?

Thank you in advance, I appreciate; wish you a great day.

Bests,
Jacopo
