We users cant reply/answer for the post like in the mailing list?

we cant post directly instead of mailing?

You can. I also couldn’t see the post and/or the reply buttons even after activation. However, It took 1 hour in my case until the post and reply buttons appeared.

You can also change your preference. Click on your name (top-right-side) and go to preference \> email
