GROMACS version: 2026.2
GROMACS modification: No

I need to simulate a protein with N-glycans linked to the ASN residue. Glycans are oligosaccharides and have a bond with ASN. what may be the best option to generate topology parameters (Charmm36 force field) for this system? Is there any automatic option as manual parametrization of oligosaccharide chains linked to residues would be a long way
