Here post your question

My understanding for the REMD is, it can be more sufficient to explore the possible conformation by exchanging with replica at higher temperatures.

Can I ask is that possible if I can tell how many repeats of normal MD correspond to one REMD? For example, if I provide the parameters for the REMD (e.g. replica, temperature, REMD duration, etc.), I can estimate it corresponds to the sampling size of e.g. 10 repeats of normal MD?
