# How to build 2 layers of lipid bilayer

Dear all,

I want to do MD simulation of a Connexin protein. I need to build 2 layers of lipid bilayer. I tried in PPM server and CHARMM-GUI, they all did work. Does anyone know how to do it? thank you very much in advance.
