# How to fix multi layer graphene sheet?

Dear Gromacs User,  
I am a beginner in using gromacs, I am doing a simulation using multi layer graphene sheet. But after minimization on moving to heating the sheets actually not maintaining alinement. So what I need to impose in mdp file or is there something else I need to follow kindly do advise me.
