# Is there any interaction between a frozen group and unfrozen component?

Dera Gromacs Users,

I have a two-component medium, one of which should be rigid. I have frozen the structure by defining a freeze group in the .mdp file. However, the freeze structure should interact with dynamic species (water) with LJ and Coulomb interactions. I would like to know if there is any interaction between the frozen group and the dynamic component if I freeze the structure.  
The interactions are defined in ffnonbonded.itp file but I am not sure if they have interaction or not.
