GROMACS modification: No
How to extract data at 100ns when the simulation is running for 550ns?

Hi!
You can take a look at `gmx trjconv`:

> **[gmx trjconv - GROMACS 2025.2 documentation](https://manual.gromacs.org/current/onlinehelp/gmx-trjconv.html)**

The `-b`, `-e` and `-skip` options should be helpful. That’s assuming you are saving configurations to the trajectory file at an appropriate frequency during the simulation.
