# Npt Equilibiration Error

As the warning message suggests, changing the barostat you’re using should fix the issue. Changing from berendsen to c-rescale should fix the warning, based on this previous post ([Error in NPT equilibration in protein-ligand complex](https://gromacs.bioexcel.eu/t/error-in-npt-equilibration-in-protein-ligand-complex/5326))
