GROMACS version: 2023  
GROMACS modification: No  
Hi  
I want to optimize mdrun in order to obtain the best performance on this system:  
RYZEN 5 SIX CORE SIX THREADS  
RTX 4070 12 GB GPU  
How to launch an MD-Run with best performance ?  
How many MPI Threads ?  
Should I use only -nb gpu -bonded gpu or also other options ?
