# RMSF graph

GROMACS version: 2022.2

I am generating the rmsf plots and they look different from what I expected. What could be the cause for the abrupt graph. I am adding the screenshot of the same. Please help me with this.

It seems like there are multiple chains with overlapping residues.  
If you want to check rmsf for a particular chain, create the index file for that and then run the command again with “-n index.ndx” flag.
