Thank you so much MagnusL for your response. I was going through some of the previous posts and found this: [https://gromacs.bioexcel.eu/t/on-compressibility-under-pressure-coupling-section-of-mdp/5421](https://gromacs.bioexcel.eu/t/on-compressibility-under-pressure-coupling-section-of-mdp/5421) According to the post, it does not really matter whether we change isothermal compressibility values or not. What are your thoughts on this? Different papers reported different values. Also I am unable to figure out the reason behind a factor of 100 as per our previous discussion.
