Dear all,

Is there any command to calculate and plot viscosity vurses time directly?
I would like to know if Gromac can measure changes in viscoity upon denaturation and unfolding.
If there is, I apperciate your kindness sending me the exact command.

Many thanks in advance
Best

Hi,

I do not know details on how is normally calculated protein denaturation viscosity, but liquid viscosity can be evaluated using gromacs tools (see details on the formula here [Viscosity calculation — GROMACS 2021.1 documentation](https://manual.gromacs.org/current/reference-manual/special/viscosity-calculation.html?highlight=viscosity))

Best regards
Alessandra
