Next GROMACS developer meeting will be Wednesday, June 11, 2025 11:00 CEST on zoom. Where : Join our Zoom Meeting (magic link)

Everybody is welcome. If there are any specific topics you wish to discuss, just add to the agenda below.

Agenda:

• Progress on re-implementing tabulated potentials (MR !5194) @Golui
• <very brief description of the topic, and link to information on the ideas or to the issue> < who you are>
• Open questions

We usually reserve in total 20 min for each discussion topic. We suggest to use 5-10 min to present the problem and focus on a question that you want to address.

A brief summary of last call (even if a little late).

• @Golui presented for discussion and feedback the re-implementing tabulated potentials (MR [!5194])(Draft: Support parsing tabulated potential-related data in topology files. (!5194) · Merge requests · GROMACS / GROMACS · GitLab))
• @alevilla asked feedback concerning workshop: learn to code in GROMACS. We discuss the (direct and indirect) impact of the past workshops on the community, small to enlarge the developer community but important to foster the interactions among the current developers. Better in persons, but september is a busy period. Conclusion we skip this September, new occasion will aim to other period of the year, announcement will be done while in advance. Still @alevilla is looking for a co-organizer.
