Dear all,
Next GROMACS developer meeting will be Wednesday, April 30, 2025 3:00 PM. Everybody is welcome.

Agenda:

  • <very brief description of the topic, and link to information on the ideas or to the issue> < who you are>

  • Open questions

We usually reserve in total 20 min for each discussion topic. We suggest to use 5-10 min to present the problem and focus on a question that you want to address.

We discussed:

  • outcoming release 2025.2
  • Amber-GROMACS developer workshop (an announcement will be posted in the following under this category)
  • AMBER force field
  • Option for an interface between GROMACS and India-based code
  • Idea to have a call of interest for learn to code in GROMACS both for mentor (via slack) and attendees via forum/webpage to understand if there is interest for an onsite hands-on session in autunn (plan to re-use online material)
