This is a call of interest for mentor and co-organizer for the workshop “learn to code in GROMACS”
The workshop “learn to code in GROMACS” have been run yearly during last two years in September. GROMACS workshop — GROMACS webpage https://www.gromacs.org documentation
The aim of the workshop is to provide attendees with the basis for coding in GROMACS and contributing to the GROMACS developer community. The workshop consists in lectures and hands-on. Lecture materials have been collected in doi:10.5281/zenodo.13739992 and corresponding videos in a play list.
For this year edition: the plan is to reuse the materials and focus on hands-on (2-3 days) and held the workshop hybrid format (Stockholm/zoom). Possible time windows September. Note 24 September in the afternoon GROMACS planning meeting. In order to proceed, mentors and co-organizers are needed.
To facilitate it, I have created a doodle to collect the interest and availability of developers to act as mentors (see below). While interest for co-organizer can be expressed by contacting me (e.i via Slack or at training@gromacs.org).
