Brief description of the position:
I am looking for a new member (Specialist in Scientific Computing) to join my team at the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) in Campinas (Brazil).
This is a permanent position for someone with a PhD in Biophysics, Computational Biochemistry, Computational Biology, or related fields, and experience with MD simulations and programming. I am looking for someone to work on the development of computational methods to investigate protein-ligand binding and crowded environments. Experience in these areas, or with enhanced sampling methods, is welcome.
