Theory and Methods for Non-equilibrium Atomistic Simulations of Complex Biomolecules

We are looking for Postdocs or PhD students interested in contributing to current projects such as variational free energy methods, thermodynamics of solvation shells, Markovian thermodynamics, as well as functional mechanisms of the ribosome, fatty acid synthase, CRISPR/Cas, or intrinsically disordered protein at the Max-Planck Institute for Multidisciplinary Sciences (MPI-NAT) in Gottingen, Germany, Department of Theoretical and Computational Biophysics.
