Next GROMACS developer meeting will be 2026-10-28T10:00:00Z on zoom. Everybody is welcome.

You wish to discuss a specific topic. Please add it to the agenda before Friday

Agenda:

  • Restructuring Modules Update, I/O plan draft (Amr Alhossary)
  • Topic (presenter)
  • Open questions

We usually reserve in total 20 min for each discussion topic and suggest max 10 min to present the problem followed by discussion.

Thanks, @avilla. If nothing else comes up by Tuesday, I will add Revive membed (#5763) · Issues · GROMACS / GROMACS · GitLab to the list of topics. This touches exclusions, checkpointing, I/O, and uncovers minor discrepancies between legacy and modular simulators, so it would be a good idea to get some idea in which order should the MRs start appearing.
