Could you please help me to choose the appropriate Graphics card for GROMACS? I know that GROMACS supports CUDA(NVIDIA), and OpenCL (AMD) programming languages.
Which Graphics card is more compatible and preferable, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 8GB or AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB?

The Radeon 6600 accelerates the average frame rate at 1080p by an astounding 63%, increasing it from 60 to 98 frames per second. That is more than an additional rung of graphic card performance. However, at 1440p, where the RTX 3050 was up to 81% faster, jumping from barely 37 fps to a very smooth 67 fps, things only get worse for the 3050.
