Do you refer to DNA / RNA fiber?
Then both Curve+ and 3wDNA can provide twist angle.

Dear alevilla, is there any way to calculate the twisting angle of the DNA structure during the simulation? according to my knowledge, the Curve+ website is not accessible anymore, and 3wDNA only asks to upload a PDB file. Is there any way to upload the trajectory and calculate the twisting angle of the DNA structure over the simulation
