Can we resume a simulation if PC truned off during runing

Can any one help me regarding the problem i am facing, when i run a md command, my laptop turned off in between the runing process. How can i resume the simulation from the point at which my laptop turned off.

GROMACS uses automatic checkpointing, so simulations can be resumed in such cases. For details see this manual section:
