Hi dear gromacs users,

I want to concatenate my xtc files and I use -settime to after finishing each xtc the new xtc file start from the continuation of pervious time. but it need to press C button for each xtc .It is so time consuming because I have sometime more than 500 xtc files .
So do you know any command to press c for each xtc automatically ?

Hi,
An easy way is to put all the c’s columnar in a text file and feed it into the gmx trjcat … -settime < c.text .
