Gedit WARNING in GROMACS

Hi,
I am using the gedit command in GROMACS to generate my topology. I have installed the gedit command with “sudo apt install gedit”.
However, when I use the “gedit conf.gro LIG.gro” command, it shows this:
(gedit:3145): Gtk-WARNING **: 11:09:47.788: cannot open display:

I have tried searching on Ubuntu and Linus servers but I did not manage to resolve my issue.
I am new to Linux, gromacs and Ubuntu.

This is not GROMACS related, but it is a problem related to gedit. Where are you launching the command? You probably have no graphical interface.
