hello, I am working on ionic liquids and after completion of simulation i am tring to find msd of the Li ion , when i am running gmx msd command for the complete time period the plot is not linear and after adding samppling time for the last 10ns the plot improves but not completely linear. i am also uploding the plote for after adding sampling time
