GROMACS version: 2022.3
OS version : Ubuntu 20.04.5
Hello, I’m trying to install gromacs and I followed the instructions of the gromacs 2022.3 intallation guide but at the last step (sudo make install) I get this message “Installing: /usr/local/gromacs/bin/gmx-completion-gmx.bash” . I’m not sure what I did wrong and how to fix it

Dear Haida,
This doesn’t sound like an error message. Can you describe a bit more what happened when you ran “sudo make install”? This command might take a while to run so perhaps you just need to wait a bit longer?
Thank you Catherine and sorry for the late answer. I was able to fix it by entering the following commands:
nano .bashrc
source .bashrc
gmx
and it worked
