Dear Gromacs users,
I need to plot tilt order parameter as well as twist order parameter as a function of distance from Gibbs surface. Both tilt.xvg and twist.xvg have been generated using the command
“gmx helixorient”. However, I couldn’t plot them as a function of distance from Gibbs surface. Could anyone help to resolve the issue?
