I will buy a new computer in near future, so I have a question. Is it any difference between AMD and Intel? I checked benchmark https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html and I will probably choose Ryzen 9 5900/5950 is it a good choice or maybe I should choose intel? For sure I will choose Nvidia GPU (RTX 3080/3090 probably), because it has better support for GROMACS, but I still don’t know which CPU will be better.
