Minor mistake in the current documentation

GROMACS version: 2024.2
GROMACS modification: No

I did not find how to make an issue on Gitlab, so posting here

The explanation of couple-lambda1 parameter refers on itself instead of couple-lambda0:

couple-lambda0
… some info …

couple-lambda1
analogous to couple-lambda1, but for lambda=1

This case can be fixed by placing a correct link.

P.S. Is there any tracker for such a minor issues?

Danila

Thanks for the report. The issue (Minor mistake in mdp-options (#5099) · Issues · GROMACS / GROMACS · GitLab) has now been addressed (Docs: Fix typos in mdp-options.rst (!4364) · Merge requests · GROMACS / GROMACS · GitLab) and will be fixed in the 2024.3 release.

Hi!

Thanks for reporting this. Will be fixed in 2024.3.

P.S. Is there any tracker for such a minor issues?

We don’t have any special place. Posting here on the forum or opening an issue (you need a GitLab account) is fine. If you have several, please group them (no need to create 20 separate issues for 20 misspellings of the word “coulombic” 😁)
