Protein placement in membrane

Dear Gromacs users,

I am studying a protein in interaction with a receptor ing CG (Martini2). The receptor should be inserted in membrane through two alpha helices; is it possible to insert those two helices only in the membrane with insane or other techniques ?

When i add the membrane with insane the whole protein is inserted in the membrane.

For help with the initial setup, it’s best to ask your question in the MARTINI forum. You can also use CHARMM-GUI to easily put the protein’s CG model into the membrane.
