Hi gmx users,
I installed the precompiled executable g_mmpbsa tools with includes APBS functionality 3 months ago and it worked properly (gmx version is 2018).
But now I encountered with Segmentation Fault (core dumped) error when use g_mmpbsa -f abs.xtc -s md.tpr -n index.ndx -i pbsa.mdp -pdie 2 -pbsa -decomp.
I even used fewer trajectory frames, but error not resolved.
How to resolve this issue?
