Hello all,
I have learned how to perform simulation and analysis of membrane proteins in native as well as in ligand bound form following J Lemkul tutorial. Now I have to perform umbrella sampling of membrane proteins in native and complexed form. Can anyone suggest me as how to start in this case? Any tutorials, any guide would be highly appreciated.
I have already tried umbrella sampling tutorial by J Lemkul.
