What happened with -time options in gmx conver-tpr in newer versions of GROMACS?

I try to rerun my simulation from a specific time like in this topic https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_to_modify_checkpoint_file_in_GROMACS

But I have a problem. In Gromacs 2018 there is no option -time in gmx convert-tpr

In the earlier versions of gromacs, there was something like that http://manual.gromacs.org/documentation/5.1.2/onlinehelp/gmx-convert-tpr.html

Maybe this option is somewhere else? Is it possible to obtain new .tpr files that will produce an exact continuation of my trajectory from the specified time mark? Any advices?

Replying in this thread as well so that other users see the answer - gmx grompp -t traj.trr -time should help you in obtaining that tpr file.
