I want to change the box size in the z-direction but not from the booth sizes only delete 2nm from the bottom of the box. please anyone know how to do it?
Hi, as far as I understand the box vectors have always origin at (0,0,0), so in order to remove 2nm at the bottom you need to translate the system 2nm below (using for example gmx editconf -translate) and then remove 2nm at the top.
