I’m studying with GPCRs and doing some screening virtual studies. To set up a membrane for my systems, I use CHARMM-GUI. But I want to ask if it is possible to automizing this. I sometimes need to do hundreds of simulations, and it is not possible to prepare one by one of all systems. Thanks a lot in advance
