Distance distribution water molecules

Hello there,

I’m doing some simulations on lipid supramolecular assemblies in water and I’d like to measure distances between each pair of water molecules in order to get a distribution of water molecules distances. I’m using a Martini CG description, in particular a polarizable water model (PW) with three centers.
