Hello dear GROMACS users.
After the update to version 2023, the gmx do_dssp command no longer works, and gmx dssp has replaced it. Is the analysis of gmx dssp reliable?
What does each of the generated symbols in the .dat file means? (to get graphic output and introduce each residue changes)
