I’ve been trying to simulate membrane and a protein, while i was running the equilibration step at the mdrun stage. It gave me “fsync failed , may be out of disc storage?” How to solve the issue?

You are either out of disk space or something happened to the file system such that you were unable to write to disk when mdrun wanted to.
