Generate topology

Dear all,

Could anyone tell me please how I can generate a topology for 2 proteins with no interactions?

I mean, I have two protein at a distance where there is no interaction and they are free. However, I aim to generate a topology which knows both of the proteins.

I appreciate your helps.

pdb2gmx can handle multiple chains of any biomolecule provided they are separated by different chain identifiers or TER lines.
