Hi!

-DGMX_GPU_NB_CLUSTER_SIZE=8 is the correct setting for your GPU. Only Arc Alchemist and older Intel GPUs need 4. Please rebuild GROMACS with -DGMX_GPU_NB_CLUSTER_SIZE=8 and try again.
