Is gromacs 2020.6 compatible with nvidia GTX 500 graphics card with respective cuda driver,if compatible can you please guide in configuring the combination?
The GTX 500 series is a “Fermi” GPU which is only supported until CUDA 8.0, so you need GROMACS 2019.
