Hello Gromacs Team,
Is there a way to extract average lifetime for all H-bonds listed in the output summary file of gmx hbond (shown below), in addition to the H-bond occupancy%?
In other words, how long does that particular H-bond stays on (without disrupting) on average in the trajectory of interest?
