I want to install gromacs on opensuse 15.1 with gpu quadro p5000. So, which version will be compatible with it or i need to update opensuse leap OS version ?
It is better to use the latest version, in order to find the suitable version, it is better to visit the gromacs release note and match the gcc and other required libraries/tools versions with your PC.
